Perfect Packaging Partner, LLC provides foodservice packaging products to restaurants, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, distributors, businesses, organizations, and individual customers.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, excluding any applicable taxes or other charges shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by a material error.
Shipping and Fulfillment
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not currently included unless otherwise specifically stated at checkout.
Standard delivery is generally expected within approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Orders may be fulfilled directly by Perfect Packaging Partner or through a third-party fulfillment provider, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). As a result, packages may be shipped by different carriers or arrive in separate shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping terms and available delivery methods displayed during checkout will apply to the order.
Returns, Damaged Shipments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Perfect Packaging Partner as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Please retain the product, original packaging, shipping carton, and any shipping labels until the issue has been resolved. We may request photographs or other information to document damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments.
Returns
Because our products are intended for foodservice and food-packaging applications, returned products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened, used, contaminated, altered, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.
Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Unless the return results from our error or a defective or damaged product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order, but once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, quantities, specifications, photographs, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in appearance, packaging, color, dimensions, or specifications may occur.
Product photographs are provided for general identification and illustration. Actual product appearance or packaging may vary.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their particular application before use.
Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed. We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Perfect Packaging Partner does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through our checkout.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, fraud-prevention review, or other security procedures before fulfillment.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law based on factors including the customer’s shipping address and our applicable sales-tax obligations.
Customers purchasing for resale or claiming another tax exemption are responsible for providing valid exemption documentation when required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Packaging Partner, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
